Alapítványunk székhelyének környezete (a Vihar hegy és a Csúcshegy közötti nyereg nyugati lejtője, az írásos emlékek alapján:”Gercse szőlőhegy”) a XIII. századtól szőlőtermő vidék volt. Őrizve a hely szellemi hagyományait, két sor szőlőt művelünk székhelyünk kertjében, melynek közös leszüretelésével nagyszerű ismeretterjesztő közösségi eseményt élhettünk meg. A szőlő leszedése után betekintést nyújtottunk az egyéni gazdálkodások hagyományos mustkészítő munkafolyamataiba, a szemezés, darálás, és a préselés gyakorlatába.
